2. Once you’ve entered the meeting, click Chat and type your NAME and HOUSE NUMBER in the chat window so that your presence can be counted.
3. Please MUTE your mic until discussions are called. At any time, you may submit brief questions or comments via the chat window.

Purpose of this Meeting

1. To review the current financial status of the Association.
2. To determine un-filled Board seats for the year.
3. To meet with your neighbors, the Board of Directors, and the management company.
4. To discuss any topics relevant to our community.

Voting

In order to satisfy the 15% quorum requirement, the Board of Directors will solicit your proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to be counted, please fill out the proxy and mail, email, or fax (919-676-2721) to PW prior to the meeting. For in-person meetings, you may also give the completed proxy to the meeting attendee you would like to represent you or vote on your behalf.
